  • Lasagna Primavera
  • Roasted Root Vegetables with Chicken or Fish.
  • Freshly-squeezed Orange Juice

And in a few more weeks you can also include Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie, Garlic Asparagus, and Pineapple Upside-Down Cake. But please try to purchase your fruits and vegetables from local vendors!
